Anodes

An anode is a metal component used in marine environments to protect other metal parts from corrosion. It works through a process called galvanic corrosion, where the anode corrodes instead of critical boat components like the hull, propeller, or rudder, extending their lifespan. Common materials for anodes include zinc, aluminum, and magnesium
